Darrell Gardner

Darrell Gardner is the President of MBA Foundation and the visionary behind its creation.

A successful entrepreneur for more than 35 years, Darrell owns and operates DLG Services, a full-service commercial contracting company known for quality craftsmanship and long-standing client relationships.

His lifelong passion for the arts, education, entertainment, and community service inspired the creation of MBA Foundation as a way to give back to Hill County and create opportunities for families to come together through meaningful community experiences.

Darrell remains deeply committed to serving the Whitney community and helping future generations build lasting memories.

Tamra Gardner

Tamra Gardner brings decades of leadership, nonprofit management, and community service experience to MBA Foundation.

Her professional background includes motivational speaking with the Zig Ziglar organization, operating a travel agency, and serving as Executive Director of Community Outreach Housing, where she spent more than twelve years developing affordable housing initiatives and critical home repair programs.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tamra developed a rental assistance program that helped more than 173 families remain in their homes while also leading more than 200 community service projects throughout Erath and Hill County.

Her passion for serving others continues to guide the mission of MBA Foundation.

Madi Emsoff

Madi Emsoff brings strong organizational leadership and operational experience to the Board.

After graduating from Tarleton State University, she developed management experience with Orkin Pest Control and later spent seven years as a Site Manager for Emler Swim School.

Today, she assists one of Dallas’ largest commercial real estate brokerage teams, coordinating hundreds of commercial real estate transactions while supporting multiple agents.

Madi contributes professionalism, energy, and a deep commitment to serving the community.

Bradley Gardner

Bradley Gardner has built a successful career in commercial construction and engineering.

Following studies at McLennan Community College, he joined Powell Building Services, where he has spent more than fifteen years working as a Design Engineer and Lead Installer specializing in Skyfold wall systems.

Bradley actively volunteers at community service projects and brings practical problem-solving, leadership, and a servant’s heart to the MBA Foundation Board.

Paula Christian

Financial Advisor

Paula Christian retired after more than eighteen years in banking, including serving as President of the BancorpSouth branch in Hamilton, Texas.

Her financial expertise and lending experience played an important role in the establishment of MBA Foundation and the acquisition of The Place at Lake Whitney.

Paula continues to provide valuable financial guidance and strategic insight while supporting the Foundation’s long-term sustainability and growth.

Abbigale Gardner

Abbigale Gardner serves both Community Outreach Housing and The Place at Lake Whitney, bringing extensive operational experience to MBA Foundation.

She oversees residential and vacation rental properties while managing many of the special events hosted at The Place.

Before joining the Foundation, Abbigale held management positions with Raising Cane’s and Buc-ee’s and also spent fourteen years performing in the Texas music industry.

Her experience in hospitality, event management, entertainment, and customer service helps create memorable experiences for every family attending MBA Foundation events.
